But one stunning WAG did turn up at the Vale do Lobo resort – glamour girl Danielle Lloyd.

The Scouse babe, 30, who has previously dated ex-England stars Teddy Sheringham, 48, and Jermain Defoe, 31, was thrilled to find herself on holiday next to the squad.
But she was unable to get anywhere near them so settled for the company of Wolves midfielder husband Jamie O’Hara, 27, who is with her on a three-week golfing break.
Meanwhile, Wayne Rooney, 28, and Steven Gerrard, 33, put aside club rivalries to help organise the training.
They could be seen barking orders to other players as they made their way to a tough session.
FA bosses have tightened security around the England camp, with training taking place behind an 8ft fence.
A team of security staff on quad bikes are guarding the squad.
England’s stars are ferried around in a blacked-out bus and eat together in a private dining room.
Coach Gary Neville, 39, kept a close eye on the players and was also seen clutching a “training bible”.
The only clue to the graft the players are putting in behind the scenes was the delivery of a truckload of exercise bikes.
Sources said the squad are training in hats and gloves to help recreate the hot conditions they are expected to encounter in Brazil.
To combat unseasonally cool temperatures in Portugal, England’s performance team packed winter gear to help players’ bodies adjust to the heat and humidity they will face in the Amazonian capital Manaus where they play their opening group game against Italy.
A source said: “Everything that can be done is being done to ensure England arrive in Brazil in the best shape. There will be no distractions.
“But the atmosphere among the players is terrific. Club rivalries have been left at the door. Close bonds are forming. They are a team united in search of a common goal – the biggest prize in football.”
